{august 2018 photowalk announcement}

Folks with it being so hot we are going for an evening photowalk. You are welcome evening folks! For our eighth walk in 2018 we are going back to explore around Whole Foods on South Lamar.

Meeting location: Whole Foods Cafe entrance
Dinner location: Whole Foods Cafe at 6th and Lamar {525 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78703}
When: Meet at 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm have dinner at Whole Foods. Start walking at 7:15 pm on Friday August 3th, 2018
What: Socialize, Take photos, share photos! Walk until 9:30 pm. The plan is to meet up at Whole Foods to eat, get the group shot, and walk until 9:30 pm. There will be lots to take photos of: people and architectural structures even possibly flowers, locations to explore, and lots of details. We will be back exploring around Whole Foods in the evening.
Why: Community! We are hanging out and walk as we take in the sights and sounds with lots to see. Please dress layered as it may be warm and then cool down.
How: RECOMMENDED: Bring Tripod, camera, off camera flash, creativity. Socialize when you come. Share photo ideas on the walk. You can also share online in the flickr group at http://www.flickr.com/groups/photowalksatx/. If you are not a member yet, just request membership. There is also a google community at Photowalks ATX community that you may request membership to. Please email at simi[at]uchephotography[dot]com to be added to the email list.

To fully participate please make sure to be properly hydrated, dress appropriately too, wear comfortable walking shoes, talk to someone you do not already know.
